FEATURED PROJECT 2 - CANADIAN HOME DESIGNS

This custom 1619 square foot bungalow was built by Huisman Construction in Greensville, Ontario. The home consists of three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the main level, and a finished basement with three additional bedrooms, one bathroom, and a large family room.

The large front covered porch with timber style posts on a stone base creates a craftsman style architectural appearance.

Directly off the front foyer is a large open concept great room with a center gas fireplace and flanking windows with views to the back yard.

The spacious kitchen has a large island with seating for 4 that is open to both the great room and dining area. The kitchen sink was placed in the island to provide views to the great room fireplace and backyard through the dining room windows. Perfect layout for entertaining.

Finished basement with 3 bedrooms, bathroom, family room and walk out to the back yard.
