FEATURED PROJECT 3 - CANADIAN HOME DESIGNS
Addition and renovation built in Hamilton, Ontario by Tom Traver Carpentry.
The existing home was completely remodeled and a new two car garage,mud room, and laundry room were added to the right side of the home. The existing basement stairs were relocated to the new mudroom to allow extra space in the kitchen and dining area. This enable several interior walls to be removed which dramatically increased the existing kitchen and dining area size. Cathedral ceilings were also added to the foyer, living room, dining room, and kitchen.
The original kids bedrooms at the front were increased in size as well as the main bathroom and hallway. New master bedroom with a walk in closet and ensuite was added at the back.
The gross floor area for this bungalow was increased from 980 sq.ft. to 1720 sq.ft..

The Kitchen and dining area was increased in size by removing the existing stairs, interior walls, and adding an 8' extension out back.
